How This Guide Pays Its Way
Running a free guide to Surrey's casinos costs money, and you deserve to know where it comes from. This page explains the one paid link on the site, who pays for it, and what never gets paid for at all.
One Ad, on the Home Page
The home page carries one paid link, and only one. It is marked Ad, so you can spot it without squinting. It goes to an online casino run by a partner, and that partner can change over time. If a reader signs up through it, the guide may earn a commission.
That partner is not PlayNow, and it is not the province. PlayNow.com is run by BCLC and is the province's own online gambling site. The guide makes no claim that the partner holds a B.C. licence, and you should not read one into the ad.
Venues get no say in any of this. No casino pays to appear here, and none pays for its spot on the map. Elements Casino in Cloverdale sits where it sits because of straight-line distance, not money.
Every Other Link Is Unpaid
Apart from that single ad, every link here is unpaid. When a page sends you to a venue's site or a help line, nobody pays for that click.
Sign-up offers and special deals don't appear anywhere on this site. Leaving them out is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. If gambling stops feeling fun, Gambling Support BC is free and open 24/7 at 1-888-795-6111.
